I’ve been on a mission lately. Mission to get my a** in shape! I’ve always been somehow active, I go running at least twice a week, I hit up hiking once every two weeks… I take a dip and go swimming (been doing that a lot more lately).
Whatever it is I have been doing however, has not been consistent and has most definitely NOT BEEN ENOUGH. Based on past experiences, I see results when I’m consistent. Long story short… TRYING TO BE CONSISTENT NOW. I’m back at the gym, sigNed up for some training, got some new Nike gear, so far so good.
“SUPER F L Y #friday” because while everyone is getting ready to check out and prepare for the weekend, I want to make sure my routine is still on track and I don’t lose focus of my goals (gotta keep aiming high) & let’s be honest, these kicks are “superfly”! (and super comfortable)
Shoe: Nike LunarTempo/ Running shoe
Light, comfortable, just enough cushion for running indoors or on pavement.
A few days prior to my weekend (and last-minute) getaway to Vegas, I needed a pair of heels. When it comes to shoes, I am picky… but I am also cheap. I don’t like paying full price for almost anything, and shoes… I have to admit, I have a limit. I will usually stick to the $40-80 budget. So, I of course headed to my #1 shopping destination, ZARA and guess what?! I found these beauties on sale and in my size.
For a long night of dancing,
I rate these a 7.
(Level of comfort)
I was able to make it through the night and I felt fabulous, but these Zaras’ were not my most comfortable.
Fall…. my favorite season of all.
The time of year when the weather is just perfect (not hot and not too cold…in L.A. at least).
We can layer and play around with beanies and scarves. It is also the time of year when it is officially O.K. to wear my two favorites: BOOTS and BLACK. The best thing about fall this year? That I get to play around with fall trends that are comfortable and already in my closet.
So, these are the fall trends I’m grateful for…
because it is easy.
finally, denim that is comfortable.
another comfortable option that is actually stylish.
who doesn’t own one already?
it’s a flat shoe that isn’t boring.
because it’s black/negro.
because they add so much to something so basic.
